Surely the "stuffy" government doesn't use something "cool" like social media, right? Wrong. The government and its various agencies are active on social media. If you want to work with them, you need to be too. But don't worry. We're not saying you suddenly need a Snapgram or Instachat account. LinkedIn might be all you need. So, let's talk about social media.

Join Jules Monroe, a business counselor within the SBTDC network, as she discusses effective social media platforms for reaching the government, explores leveraging LinkedIn as a business development tool for GovCon and considers the relevance of platforms like Twitter or any others that may be trending. Well also delve into the importance of exploring threads and the latest platforms and discuss their relevance.
