Company Opportunities

The Microsoft team is looking for qualified small businesses via prime and subcontracting opportunities to increase support within the Department of Veterans Affairs. Microsoft is interested in identifying small business partners to team on AI opportunities leveraging Azure Open AI and Custom Copilots.


Microsoft has a robust team dedicated to business development, capture and bids and proposals, which is constantly evaluating federal, state, and local market opportunities. These pursuits consistently entail the inclusion of teaming partners who bring unique capabilities to the offering.

 

In addition, Microsoft’s program delivery teams are consistently evaluating industry and partner relationships to fulfill unique requirements on existing programs being delivered to our client base. 

 

Microsoft seeks to establish relationships with small businesses with a proven track record in Federal project subcontracting related to the NAICS, capabilities, and socioeconomic designations outlined below.

Capabilities

The following company capabilities are of interest to Microsoft:

  • Microsoft Federal works to ensure that small businesses are included in all applicable competitive solicitations and partners with other operating units within Microsoft Federal throughout to promote the program members.
  • Microsoft seeks Small Businesses who align to the above NAICS codes or who have software solutions that run in our Commercial or Government clouds. 
  • We seek to find partners who have services capabilities or are building IP around Microsoft Technologies, Cloud Hosted solutions, AI solutions and Security Solutions. 


Desired Federal Socioeconomic Classifications

Microsoft encourages companies with the following federal socioeconomic classifications to participate in this opportunity:

DAP events are business opportunity sessions, one-on-one sessions, virtual demonstrations, or virtual information sessions.
