Scope of Solicitation:
Work of the Phase 3 Development Project includes general conditions, general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, water storage facilities, necessary removal of existing structures and construction, and certain other items and all other work necessary to construct the project. Pre-placed crypts to furnish and deliver to the site. Honor Guard building, associated utilities, and parking with new facility meeting current NCA size standards. Satellite public restroom and associated utilities. Irrigation piping including the replacement of the existing mainline irrigation piping, associated sub-mainline piping, valves, and controls, and associated enabling and utilities works, as well as 130 green burial plots.
