2nd Quarter FY 2021 Office of Construction and Facilities Management Virtual 1 on 1 Meetings
In response to the Veteran-Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business community request to have business networking dialogue with a senior leader in the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction (OALC), the Department made available a series of quarterly events.
The 2nd Quarter FY 2021 event will be hosted by Ms. Janice Speth, Acting, Associate Executive Director, Office of Facilities Acquisition, Office of Construction and Facilities Management for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The event is intended for firms operating under the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes:
236220 - General Construction
237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction
541310 - Architectural
541330 - Engineering
541360 - Seismic Geophysical Surveying Services
The cost is free to attend. Space is limited; only 13 sessions are available.
One representative per firm will be permitted to participate.
This event is comprised of thirteen (13) 20-minute 1-on-1 meetings during which Ms. Speth can answer OALC-related questions. In prepartion for the sessions, Ms. Speth will accept no more than 3 questions from each firm which will be addressed during the one-on-one meeting. Participating firms must provide its questions in advance to maximize the value of time invested.
Registration does not quarantee a session. If selected (based on registering before the allotted 13 sessions are exhausted) your firm will receive a confirmation email to include the time, session information and access link for virtual meeting .
When your session is confirmed, you must email the earlier mentioned three (3) questions by Friday, February 5, 2021 to directaccess@va.gov.
Annotate the subject line of your email as follows: Questions for Ms. Speth; Feb. 16th Virtual 1-on-1 Meetings.
