About the Presenter
From homeless veteran to multi-million-dollar CEO, from the battlefield to boardrooms across America—Sgt Q is a warrior-turned-entrepreneur whose mission is to train the next generation of elite business owners. As the two-time champion and top scaling coach on The Blox, he’s mentored hundreds of founders to break through chaos and scale with clarity. The Founder to an award-winning veteran non-profit Q Missions. He received the 2016 Distinguished Service to Veterans award and the 2018 Superior Award from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Awarded the 2017 Hometown Hero award from Kiro7 News, was also recognized as one of the top 100 Latino founders in 2022 and recently graduated the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Initiative. Most recently, SgtQ was honored during the Salute to Service game by the Seattle Seahawks and USAA for his outstanding service to the veteran community.

The Direct Access Program (DAP) is a specialized training program managed by OSDBU. The Program offers unique opportunities for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and other small businesses to build partnerships and maximize networking through structured events. DAP events are business opportunity sessions, one-on-one sessions, virtual demonstrations, or virtual information sessions.
