The Veterans Health Administration has an opportunity for Pest Management products or services vendors to exhibit their offerings during the annual Integrated Pest Management (IPM) training in Charleston, SC on June 25.
This event provides an opportunity for federal staff to interact and learn about products and services that can help support IPM in VA medical facilities.
If you would like to showcase your products or services at the upcoming live event, please submit your registration.
The VA will carefully evaluate all submissions and select the top vendors who meet the necessary business criteria.

Space is limited - Registration will close Friday, May 17, 2024
- A DS Logon, LOGIN.gov, or ID.me account is required to enter the VetBiz portal to begin the registration process.
- Completing registration does not guarantee selection to participate.
- Selections are at the sole discretion of the VA IPM team.
- You must fully complete your registration profile, upload your capabilities statement, and click “Submit” to be considered for selection.
- Companies will receive final exhibit and logistic details upon notification of selection.
- Selected companies will be notified the week of May 20, 2024.
Planning Considerations:
- There is no registration fee for selected vendors to participate.
- Companies shall NOT make travel arrangements until selected to exhibit and notified by the Direct Access Program.
- Exhibitors will not be allowed to attend any training sessions or general sessions.
- Food and refreshments will not be provided.
- One designated table-top display per firm.
