Texas General Land Office has a procurement opportunity for vendors to support the day-to-day management of their Texas State Veterans Homes (TSVHS), increasing their support within the VA OSDBU Direct Access Program. This is also an opportunity for qualified small business to access prime and subcontracting opportunities.
Opportunities:
The GLO contracts with vendors for the day-to-day management of the Texas State Veterans Homes (TSVHs).
The GLO currently owns nine TSVHs across the state of Texas. These facilities provide skilled nursing care to eligible veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces. Each facility is a single-story structure with capacities ranging from 100 to 160 residents.
