Week 6 - The Capstone Readiness Briefing is the culmination of the WVOSB Readiness Intensive. Each participant will present a concise, integrated briefing that showcases their procurement readiness across identity, capability, strategy, and financial posture. 

The sessions will provide both a confidence-building experience and a final checkpoint for peer and coach feedback. We will invite procurement decision-makers to observe and engage, offering participants a valuable opportunity to receive real-time insight and visibility.

Participants will deliver a 3-minute live readiness briefing that clearly communicates: 

  • Value Message
  • Capability Snapshot tailored to agency needs
  • Target Agency and Outreach Plan
  • Concise Financial Readiness Statement


The session is designed to strengthen participants’ real-time delivery and decision-maker alignment in preparation for industry briefings, matchmaking sessions, and proposal engagements.


 Registration Process:

  • A DS Logon, LOGIN.gov, or ID.me account is required to enter the VetBiz portal to begin the registration process.
  • Complete registrations will be reviewed by Grainger
  • Firms will be scheduled for a 30-minute meeting and notified by the Direct Access Program, and sent the session access Webex   


You must fully complete your profile, upload your capabilities statement, and click Submit” to complete registration.
