The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) plays a large role in ensuring programs, services, and support resources reach the Veteran small business community. Through Direct Access Engagement, opportunities are provided for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), and other small business classifications to establish valuable partnerships and enhance their networking capabilities.

Texas General Land Office
The General Land Office (GLO) is the oldest state agency in Texas, the GLO was formed to determine who owned what and where after the Texians and Tejanos won independence. Today the General Land Office manages state lands, operates the Alamo, helps Texans recovering from natural disasters, helps fund Texas public education through the Permanent School Fund, provides benefits to Texas Veterans, and manages the vast Texas coast. |
United States Postal Service
Provides technical advice, program guidance, and policy interpretation on Supplier Diversity issues. Acting as a liaison with industry and trade associations, government agencies, and special emphasis groups to develop and maintain a communication and information system on Small, minority-owned, and women-owned business issues. Participates in activities that promote supplier development and diversity.

- Engage with Procurement Decision Makers (PDMs) and program representatives from Federal agencies to build business relationships.
- Learn about industry-specific trends, developments and procurement opportunities to help support business growth.
- Network with other businesses to identify and discuss possible subcontracting and teaming opportunities.
